Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days to request a return, from the date you received your order.

EXCHANGES:

We do not offer exchanges. The best way to get the item you want is to place a return, and place a separate order for the item you want in exchange. Return postage fees to our nominated returns address remain the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT:

Refunds are only provided if an item is deemed to be faulty or damaged. We do not provide refunds for items that do not fit or due to change of mind.

Instead, we can issue store credit if your item is returned in its original condition. Store credit will be issued to your account after we receive your return, equivalent to the monetary amount you paid for the item, minus any shipping costs.

Faulty or damaged goods must be returned to Koda before we can issue a refund. You will be notified about whether your refund is approved once we receive and inspect your returned item. If approved, you will be notified and automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for your refund to appear, as this timeframe is dependent on your individual banking institution.

RETURNS:

Returns can be requested within 14 days from date of delivery via your store account.

To qualify for a return, items must be resalable and in their original condition. This means items must be clean, undamaged and unworn.

A refund can only be provided once your items are returned to our nominated returns address.

Return lodgements made outside of the returns window, or not via your store account will not be accepted.

Koda will not be held responsible for packages lost during transit, or for any damage caused by courier mishandling.

We recommend keeping your record of your tracking information when mailing your return parcel, as Koda will not be held accountable for any parcels that go missing during transit, or are not delivered to our nominated address.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

Please examine your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This will enable us to assess the situation and resolve the issue.

Items found to be faulty within 30 days of receipt can be returned. After this time frame, any issues will be regarded as normal wear and tear and cannot be returned.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Store Credit
  • Underwear & Socks
  • Personal Hygiene Items
  • Paintings / Hand-Made Artwork
  • Items marked as "FINAL SALE." To clarify, our terminology for "FINAL SALE" and "SALE" are distinguished differently, with only the "FINAL SALE" products being non-returnable.

Occasionally, lighting during product photography or alternating dye batches during manufacturing, may cause minor variations to product colour tone compared to the product image. We do not accept refunds in these circumstances.
