We want you to love your Koda purchase! If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it easy.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to return most items for store credit if you're not completely satisfied.

How to Return an Item

1. Log into your store account (use the email address from your order).

2. Submit a return request and ship the item to our returns address (provided upon approval).

Requirements:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.

Returns must be initiated via your account  (we can't process requests by email or social media).

Exchanges

Prefer a different item? Just return the original for store credit, then place a new order for your preferred product.

Store Credit

Issued within 48 hours after we inspect your return.

Covers the item's purchase price (excluding shipping).

Never expires!

Refunds (Faulty/Incorrect Items Only)

We'll gladly refund items that arrive defective or incorrect:

1. Contact us immediately (within 30 days of delivery).

2. Return the item for inspection.

3. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of approval and issued to your original payment method (allow 5-10 business days for bank processing).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and fairness, we can't accept returns on:

Gift cards

Underwear, socks, or personal hygiene products

Paintings/handmade art

Customised/personalised items

Minor color variations (due to lighting or manufacturing) are not eligible for returns.

Shipping & Damages

While we pack orders carefully, we can't control transit issues. Contact your courier directly for lost/damaged parcels-we're happy to provide supporting documents!
